For many years, my real desire has been to help others as effectively as I can, to "put something back" for all the love and luck I've been fortunate enough to experience in my life. I hope I can help you find the difference that makes the difference to you.

I gained an interest in Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP because it offered a gentle, honouring and non-invasive way of helping people with problems.

Before I trained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I worked as a qualified Funeral Director (Dip FD NAFD). This work brought me into contact with many people in the saddest of circumstances, and in a wide range of situations.

However much I helped people through the first stages of their grief; I always felt there was something more I could do. Cognitive Hypnotherapy gives me the skills to help a wider range of people with an even wider range of issues.

My Training

I completed my training at the internationally recognised Quest Institute. The Quest Institute Diploma in Cognitive Hypnotherapy is one of the most rigorous available, and meets and exceeds the National Occupational Standards set for Hypnotherapy in the UK.

I graduated having fully achieved the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) which is externally validated by the National Council For Hypnotherapy (NCH) and the accrediting body NCFE.

In addition to the HPD, I also qualified as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and as an NLP Practitioner. I am currently studying to achieve the NLP Master Practitioner Certificate.

I'm a member of the NCH, one of the largest hypnotherapy organisations in the UK and, as such, am bound by their code of ethics and practising agreement.
