We all have the answers within ourselves, but sometimes we just lose sight of that. I work by guiding you back to finding the solutions you're seeking.
Perhaps the single most important factor when choosing a therapist of any kind is that you feel comfortable and relaxed with them.
It's always worth speaking to them on the telephone, particularly if you have any concerns, before arranging an appointment.
Make sure they're properly qualified with the initials "HPD" appearing in the letters after their name. HPD is the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma, the benchmark qualification for hypnotherapists in the UK. This means your therapist is properly trained and qualified.
Your chosen therapist should also belong to an accredited organisation like the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) which ensures a professional code of ethics and practising agreement.
